Virtual Sessions

What Are Telehealth Sessions?

Following trends and demands, more and more professions are now offering services on virtual platforms. Virtual sessions, also known as Telehealth sessions, use telecommunication technology to support long-distance care using a wireless communication platform.

Unlike using a mobile counseling app, virtual office sessions are private live two way sessions using an encrypted HIPAA compliant video conferencing platform. Sessions can be accessed through your computer and through your mobile devices.

Are Telehealth Sessions Right For me?

Telehealth is recommended for those seeking a more convenient way to meet for sessions. Ideal for those with demanding schedules with limited time in-between obligations; those who travel for work; and those with unpredictable schedules who prefer to hold a consistent time for therapeutic sessions. Helpful for parents with limited childcare, whose children have early bedtimes.

Additionally, virtual sessions are helpful for those with limited access to transportation for in office sessions. Suitable for any resident within the State of California who are looking to seek beyond local therapists to connect with. Any person experiencing mobility challenges can also access sessions without leaving their homes.
